MBA An International Program
The current era of rapid and radical changes has affected the complex global economic system. Companies are now seeking new paths towards renewing value and creating growth while facing the financial turmoil and its challenges.
This, in turn, affects management education. Curricula need to become more flexible and the degree programs offered need to be more effective in a fast-changing environment.
The fast pace of the economy requires new and sustainable trajectories for growth. Ethics and social responsibility are becoming a core value embedded in business and operational models. The growth of cultural diversity in society and business and the widespread diffusion of multinational organizations require a critical appraisal of the importance of multicultural classrooms. The ability to work in cross- cultural teams is required to manage global accounts and shape operational models which “think global – act local” to create effective global strategic alliances and partnerships.
At the same time, information and communication technologies challenged the way companies successfully deliver value to the customer. Innovating the value proposition and the business model consequently constitutes one of the most recurrent quests to be dealt by executives.
These issues represent the main challenges for developing a new class of managers. Facing these challenges is the core intention of our MBA program that aims to provide an outstanding educational experience that enables students to become global leaders in their future careers.
The MBA LUISS Business School has an international outlook both in recruiting course participants and designing curriculum.
